How much does a wedding planner cost in Toronto?
No guessing, it’s all laid out here for you! Depending on how many months you need us for the price may adjust, and we will always be upfront about cost so that you can stay on budget for your perfect day.
BONUS: Outside of Toronto? Let’s do some virtual planning together! All of our services (except day-of-direction) can be done online!
Day Of Direction
Perfect for you if:
- You love to plan and you just need someone to make sure everything happens how and when it’s supposed to
- You want someone to review the plan with you, and make sure nothing is missing
- You have selected all of your vendors and need to give them the name of a contact person
- You want to send your new in-laws somewhere to ask 1000 questions (and trust that they’ll get the answers they need)
Includes:
- 1-2 hour kick off virtual call during the month of your wedding day
- Unlimited text and email access between 10am and 6pm EST
- On-site coordinator for the duration of your wedding (up to 8 hours)
- Additional travel fees may apply if location is outside of the Greater Toronto Area and Hamilton
